If you could get it, you'd be maybe interested Chris in the bit below our piece - 13lb 9oz eel caught by a David Saunders at over 120% of the British record Shocked

Good angle to go in at Jim - river records. We must complete that list.

Fishingmagic, the UK's most visited angling site, has published an article today about the pike day.

http://www.fishingmagic.com/news_events/headlines/tac_pike_day.html

Thanks for the use of your photos lads - we did submit others for consideration by the editor aswell, so if yours wasn't used, thanks anyway.

Also thanks to Jeff Woodhouse, fishingmagic's features editor for his continued TAC support.

Yep is a great article and pics, get an autograph next time we are in there Smile

The other person in the feature is Luke Bedson who did and still does a lot of work for the TAC on the design side. The TAC logos etc came from him etc, another who without his help, we would not be where we are today.

Luke, Luke and Dave are all TAC members Smile

luke abel our david bird trophy winner, luke bedson, dave ball and gary newman are all members
next time we'll get the captain for the full set

it was great to read that mr abel hadn't lost his magic touch
although they should've all been wearing our hats
perhaps they clashed with their red sea clobber

Jeff Woodhouse very kindly linked the 2nd part of the story back to our website - top man.

They'll also be running the TAC's tidal Thames netting article later in the month.

All welcome exposure on the UK's busiest angling website.
