If your thinking of buying this book don't!! He has just put old articles out of the magazine so no new content. If you would like a read of the Thames chapters please contact me and I will email it all over.

I'm really ashamed to be in this book and it was not by choice. Also anyone thinking of writing for Rob think long and hard before you commit as he will just use you to line his pockets.

Regards
Ben

Thanks Ben, sorry to hear

I had a bit of a conversation with him a while back when he wanted to use Richards river carping articles in a book or mag, needless to say he was told no thanks. Not got the best reputation these days

Cheers Ben, I looked at this book recently with a mind to buying a copy but having a few of Maylins other efforts I was a little dubious about parting with my hard earned for it. Nice to see there are still one or two out there still in it for the right reasons...Top man.
