There's a post on the Cemex forum that reports a large police presence aroung HC this morning. Presumably connected to Keith's report.

Just read the Cemex thread, does not sound good. Nothing on the local online news, no doubt we will found out.

Different story coming from a very local tackle shop - drunk eastern europeans attacked the anglers, one got broken ribs and a young girl got hurt.

If it's Taggs and it's the road side, I saw a couple of bivvies yesterday evening in the usual spot and a young blonde girl with them....so could fit that it's Taggs.

On the other side of the river Steve (at the upper end of the island) there was also a couple bivvied up, and later on (when I passed them again) another fella had turned up and was with them, although not fishing?
